The traditional breakfast for members of ESF takes place on Wednesday the 5th of November at 8:00 in the Kurt Schoop Lounge (same place as previous years), kindly offered by the organisers of A+A.

The breakfast is only for members of ESF (effective, affiliated and cooperative) and we would ask you to limit the number of participants per member. The limited number of places also means that we will confirm the registrations at a later stage so that we can give the opportunity to attend this networking moment to as many of our members as possible (meaning that we might need to limit the number of participants per member if the demand is too high). 

Absolute deadline for registration is 22nd of October as we need to inform the organisers of A+A the list of participants well on time so that they can organise the access.

For the participants a limited number of access codes for 1-day entry tickets for the A+A and parking vouchers will be available. Please indicate if you need an access code for the exhibition and/or a parking voucher in the "comments" field of the registration form.

You will receive a final confirmation from us closer to the breakfast date.
