The first version of the PCR (Product Category Rules) for Hearing Protection Devices is now published and available from the website of the International EPD System.

With this PCR a common basis for the calculation of Environmental Product Declarations for all types of hearing protection devices is now available for manufacturers and other stakeholders. Users will be able to compare results, even between e.g. disposable and reusable hearing protection devices.

The PCR for Respiratory Protective Devices remains of course also available.
