On the 23rd of December, Regulation (EU)2025/2650 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, known as the EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) was published. 

This amendment includes the new deadline of 30/12/2026 for compliance, as well as some other changes (e.g. simplified declaration for micro or small primary operators).

The full text of this amendment is available in all EU languages in the Official Journal of the EU.
