Secretariat

The Secretary General, Henk Vanhoutte, is the main contact person at the secretariat. He is supported by Gwin Steenhoudt for administration and marketing.

Daily Management team

Consists of the President, the Treasurer, the President-Elect and the Past-President and the Secretary General. This team decides on the daily running of the organisation and prepares the meetings of the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors

The effective members are represented in the Board of Directors. Appointment in the Board is for 2 years, but can be renewed. The Board elects the President and the Treasurer (both for a maximum of 2 terms of 2 years). The Board decides and supervises the activities of the organisation.

General Assembly

All effective members have voting right in the highest level of decision-making. Strategic decisions as well as approval of accounts and budgets are taken in meetings of this group.
