During the COVID-19 health crisis huge amounts of disposable PPE are being used, even when reusable solutions are available. At different levels, the realisation that also PPE need to be more sustainable is growing. The CEN-CENELEC PPE sector forum wants to support this topic by advising how to include sustainability aspects into standardisation. Therefore, a (first) dialogue in an exciting and interactive one-day workshop with all involved stakeholders for a better understanding of the current situation, what other sectors have already done and to set priorities for next steps.
