  • With an internet address for the Declaration of Conformity included in the user instructions?
  • How should this internet address be given? Is it acceptable to have a link to a webpage with a search function where you can find the DoC but possibly also e.g. user instructions and additional information? Can the link be given in different formats, e.g. as www.company.com/products/search?
  • Is the batch or serial number obliged to be included in the DoC
